Healthy habits…

To keep healthy during the flu season (and all year) it is good practice to:

  1. Disinfect common surfaces (e.g., your desk, keyboard, telephone, and the pen you chew on constantly!). Viruses that cause a cold and flu can last on surfaces for up to 72 hours.
  2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, especially when you have a cold.
  3. Help strengthen your immune system with the right foods: probiotics from yogurt and antioxidants from fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Let’s have a good start to this season by being conscientious, and hopefully we will have a healthy winter!!
